Two Japanese Table Tennis Players To Benefit From Cisco Technology


A pair of Olympic table tennis contenders in Japan are joining the Japanese business of Cisco.

Kasumi Ishikawa and Tomokazu Harimoto will benefit from Cisco's latest technology in the company's effort to deepen the Japanese sports industry, and particularly table tennis. Cisco will provide Ishikawa and Harimoto with Spark collaborative technology that aims to improve communication between players and their coaches and support teams.

Using the technology, players will be able to share videos and data of their matches in a safe way; Develop strategies through the use of whiteboards and hold conferences with coaches and assistants through a phone call or a message.
